"My name is Travis Murray. I called State Farm insurance today for a quote and was immediately helped out by Mersades Emerson. I have been with USAA for 25 years quite honestly since they went to the overseas people handling their customer service department, I’ve had nothing but issues with them. Not to mention our rates continually going up and the only way to make them go down is to delete coverage, which I think is ridiculous. Over the years we have had some incidents with some State Farm customers and always got treated really well even though we did not have State Farm. Mersades Emerson was immediately helpful. Come to find out she’s actually rescued my dog a couple of times. I would just like to thank her. She was very positive, informational and helpful throughout the whole process as I did not have most of my information. I did actually call back and start insurance through State Farm and ended my 25 year relationship with USAA. I will also be calling back and getting homeowners insurance through them once I am able to as I did have a forest fire claim on my home about 2 1/2 years ago."
